SD Re-brands!
February saw the completion of a total image overhaul for the company, from a new logo and website to a re-branding of our key product lines. The highly visual re-brand refreshes the original look of the company giving the new identity a more vibrant edge. The new tag: 'We're All About The Accessories' is much more reflective of the company as it stands today. After nearly a decade of trading, our portfolio has grown to thousands of lines and diversified into multiple categories and we wanted to convey exactly what we are about as simply as possible.

We hope you like the new look as much as we do. The combination of using blue and grey as our business colours has always existed, but we felt that the new look needed to tie-in both colours more coherently to reflect our transition while still retaining the origins of the Company.
The colour scheme is translated in to a fresher more contemporary logo. The blue ‘S’ in the logo has a vibrant edge to it, symbolising our innovative side while the grey ‘D’ reflects our professionalism & reliability. Overall the aim was to find an iconic and meaningful logo to mark the start of a new era for the company and represent us going forward.

In a highly competitive industry, the pressure to maintain an image of relevance & value can too often lead to a strategy of irrelevant and unsubstantiated hype.
At SD, we feel that its best to convey what we are about through our accessories by letting them speak for themselves. Our focus remains on sourcing quality products on time, and at the right prices, so our customers are able to benefit from competitive first-mover advantages.
With the re-brand now complete, we can once again turn our concentration to what we do best with many new & exciting product lines being added to our inventory over the coming months. Watch this space…
With the re-brand, it seemed only fitting that we make the most of our talented and creative in-house marketing team and extended the new look to the core of our business – our products. The make-over resulted in a cleaner, more appealing appearance that would work well for both our B2B and retail customer.
